Achilles M. Kiwanuka

Achilles M. Kiwanuka is the Programme Officer at Partners in Population and Development - Africa Regional Office (PPD-ARO). He is bilingual in French and English with broad experience in program management, governance and accountability, environment and education cooperation, reproductive health/family planning, gender programming and communication, and a long working experience within international and intercultural settings in Europe, East and West Africa. Achilles holds an M.A. in International Relations & Diplomatic Studies and a Post graduate Diploma in Education. He is founding member and current chairperson of Steward Investment Group, a corporate membership Organization for investment and social development in Uganda.
