Simon Richard Mugenyi

Simon is a seasoned forward-looking SRHR advocate, with a wide experience in different fields that include: communication, advocacy, social accountability, human rights and community empowerment spanning over 10 years. Simon has been coordinating the AFP intervention at RHU for the last three years. He has worked with citizens and engaged leaders and decision makers at different levels resulting into increased FP/RH funding, commodity security, policy formulation and implementation and fronting citizens’ voices to shrink barriers to quality health services delivery. Simon has previously worked with the media in Uganda, AMREF Health Africa in Uganda and World Vision Uganda.
