Fact Sheets on Urban RH in Kenya

The Measurement, Learning & Evaluation (MLE) Knowledge Management team based at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Programs, in collaboration with the TUPANGE project of the Urban RH Initiative in Kenya, recently released two new fact sheets that summarize the baseline surveys at both the household level and service-delivery points. The household factsheet presents key findings from a baseline survey of 13,140 households conducted in 2010, and the service-delivery point survey factsheet presents key findings from a baseline survey of 279 health facilities conducted in 2011. The surveys were conducted in five urban areas in Kenya: Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Machakos and Kakamega.
