Palladium

Palladium has extensive expertise in policy and advocacy, research and strategic information, health markets and private sector engagement, modeling and economic analysis, health informatics, strategic consulting and program management.

Palladium leads Advance Family Planning (AFP)’s work in Burkina Faso and Senegal, together with local partners Équilibres & Populations and Réseau Siggil Jigéen, to expand the availability of and funding for FP services at subnational levels. Palladium also provides AFP and its partners with tools to enable local organizations to lead effective and sustainable advocacy campaigns. These include the ImpactNow Model, which projects the near-term social and economic benefits of investments in family planning. This interactive, user-friendly tool helps in-country stakeholders manipulate data to analyze alternative FP scenarios and encourages evidence-based policy dialogue, and can be geared toward diverse audiences and different levels (e.g., national and local), depending on the country context. Palladium also provides AFP with technical training on Costed Implementation Plans and communications support to develop a portfolio of project resources and materials used by partners to develop, refine, and monitor advocacy efforts.
