Christina supports AFP’s communication strategy design and implementation across all AFP program countries. Prior to joining AFP, Christina worked in Washington DC at the National Women’s Health Network where she developed and implemented advocacy campaigns to protect and improve reproductive health, rights and justice for women and underserved communities. She has volunteered overseas in rural Kenya evaluating maternal and child health outcomes in rural settings, and in London at Crusaid, an organization dedicated to helping marginalized people affected by HIV/AIDS. Christina received her MPH in Maternal & Child Health from Boston University School of Public Health and holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in international relations from Boston University.
